that makes somebody happy toke place twice this week: I went to my local supermarket. They play music, but it's not a radiostation but a selection of songs somebody choose. Twice this week I heard YWT. Apparently, the person(s) who select the music, have very good taste.
Some people who saw me, wandered why I had such a big smile.

I'll keep that in mind when i visit you, Marko. For now, i'll enjoy my vongole. Here they get it from the sea, and it depends on whether the place cleans it properly... but so far (knock on wood!) i've had no stomach upsets there, so it should be alright.

My Angels of Light have long left me,
Yet the darkness of the path is queer,
Where have they escaped for purity?
Leading to what i hold so dear
This blinding light glaring in my sight,
Mystery of the unseen so hard to unravel,
Though i struggle to see with all my might.
To where i will go, through time and travel.

Yeah, spaghetti alle vongole (or with cozze, bigger kind of shells) is a traditional dish, eaten especially where I live. But when you're here (don't know there by you), you should better inform where they fish those vongole before eating them

Cannot control this... this thing called Lene

I was eating at my local Italian restaurant (having Alla Vongole, by the way... does it really exist in Italy, or is it just a brilliant Malaysianised cuisine?) and the moment the first stroke of Lene's guitar started in US, i knew my day had been made... i haven't heard her on the radio since March, when they played YWT, so this really came as a big surprise.

I'm not sure how they could take this as spam. More likely they take for what it is: an action by loayal fans who try to get their idol's music beeing played more often on the radio.

Hopefully this will work.

Hmmm... so we should send the same e-mails, requesting Lene's songs, to those respective radio stations? Sounds like a pretty good idea... onto it!

They played both YWT and AD before. YWT got a lot of airplay when it was released. Now they only play SDH. They have other songs too, because I gave them the full-CD (AD).

Or perhaps we should all write a chain letter, and forward it along... to show that many people agree with the fact that they should play it. As each person forwards it, he/she should add another short letter beneath, saying that he/she sincerely wants that radio station to play another Lene song.

Hope this suggestion helps. Needn't get worked up, Meriadoc. Lene deserves more, and, eventually, she will get more.

That's the plan.

That's pretty good. I'll try it. Tell us whether the e-mails take effect!

The good news: they played Lene yesterday.
The sad news: it was once again SDH. They refuse to play another song of her, making her look like a one hit wonder
I'm getting so mad if they do that. Lene is so much more than SDH!

When I went to Norway, when the plane landed, they played "another day" in the plane..And when I came back, they played "unforgivable sinner"!

I don't listen to radio, but I have it as wake-up signal on my alarm clock. A couple of times there has been Lene songs on it when it goes of. And there's no better way to wake up than by suprise to a Lene song.
