Could this be the movie Lene's supposed to compose music for: http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0402710/combined. It isn't called 'The Ugly Duckling' but Jacob Groth is anticipating and he was supposed to write the music together with Lene. The movie you posted the links about is "Young Andersen", and does not involve Lene's cooperation.

Here is an article about another cartoon movie, to be launched probably in 2006, "The Ugly Duckling", and a possible cooperation between Lene and Mr. Groth, though I haven't heard anything official about this yet.
