Thanx! About Shea: she's seems to be one of those really talented musicians that gets none or very little attention. Thats a shame because she is so good! Fun to hear that atleast someoneelse has heard about her!

Yeah, all good albums.

I just think that "Hi-Fi" contains a little bit of everything that makes REM so great. Sadness, Sorrow, Love, hate, a sense of travel, a sense of homesickness - and finishes with a sense of humour.

Nice to see someone else who appreciates the boys from Georgia though, I think we're a dying breed these days.

My loss, here we go again...

Life's rich pageant... what a great album that is. I think "Fall on me" is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
Don't agree with you that "....hi-fi" is their best album though. What about "Automatic for the people", "Murmur", "Green" etc.?

Why, whatever do you mean? Didn't you see that I listet Kent at number eight?
I don't like to stereotype, but for some reason girls seams to make better musicians, atleast in my opinion. It's probarbly I cuestion of upbringing. Girls learn to be more in tutch to their fellings from an early age or something like that. But I really don't know.

I can see you have a weak spot for female singer/songwriters. I like Aimee Mann, although I haven't heard all of her albums.

My all-time favourite album is definitely Dexy's Midnight Runners' "Searching for the young soul rebels".

Others worth mentioning are Stevie Wonder's "Songs in the key life" and most of Beatles' albums. And Kent's "vapen och ammunition" is definitely up there. Along with Playing my game, of course. Not sure about Another day yet, need to give it some time.
