so...italian lesson!
hi! hello! "ciao!"
how are you? "come stai?"-to one person- "come state?"plural
kiss is "bacio" with one C!
"ti amo" and "ti voglio bene" in english we say "i love you" for both...but in italian there's a big difference!

Well, you all seem to speak better English than I speak Italian anyway.

I'm fairly limited to "ti voglio tanto bene" "ti amo" *baccio" and stuff like that!

A serious chat about something? You're too good, Dazzy. Hope to meet you the same in chat sometimes.
Unfortunately I haven't Mirc in this moment and I'm not very often in chat recently, but when someone not Italian comes while I'm in, I do ever try to talk a bit with him/her.
The problem is that not many Italians talk English or other languages and there is often too much confusion (one of the reasons I'm not often in chat). And then if everyone speaks Italian, it's difficult to have a discussion in English.

Cannot control this... this thing called Lene

Thanks HeartaBetta - Maybe I'll try again some day soon.

No need to be sorry Len, it's not anybody's fault - least of all yours. I just thought I'd try it. Myabe the folk in there were having a serious chat about something and just didn't wanna be interupted.

Meanwhile - if any of you use MSN, feel free to add me as a contact!

Oh, back to the original subject.

I did enter the chat the other night. A few people greeted me, I said "hi" and asked how everybody was - and then they continued to chat away in Italian, so I didn't really get to converese with anyone.

So... maybe that's why their is only ever Italians in the chat.

really?well..i'm sorry! but did you say that you're Dazzy??maybe they thought that you weren't who you really are..maybe they thought you were an italian guy who wanted to say hello in english!
