I'm new on the international board, anway...
... just wanted to say: always keep in mind that women have higher body fat percentages than man  so, aren't we lucky

it's not my intention to count her pounds, i just said that women generally have higher body fat percentages, that's how nature made us  i didn't refer to lene, was just a joke 'cause i thought it fitted good into this discussion.
i spend a lot of time reading bodybuilding related stuff ( which doesn't mean that i actually look very big  ), so i'm very interested in training, nutrition and how to reduce body fat. thus i talk about it so often
anyway, who likes very skinny girls?!? i guess noone

man möchte oft meinen kritik an lene stört hier manchen mehr als kritik an der eigenen person  war ja nicht bös gemeint und ich finde lene ist auch nicht mollig.
wenn fans aber so extrem reagieren finde ich das trotzdem lächerlich

Lene would probably be insulted if someone bought her a diet. That's rude. Besides, she isn't fat. She looks healthy and I think it rocks that she isn't starving on salad and water like some of these American artists.
I could never give up my mushroom pizza with extra cheese, not even for fame. |

yeah that's right, she looks healthy. that's what i always said, if you're too skinny that's definitely not healthy, especially for a woman.
anyways dieting just means that you take care ( and sometimes also restrict, but that's not necessary ) of your food intake. goals are very different, some dietes don't want you to loose weight but just to live healthier...
by the way: I'm on anabolic diet again you know, that low carb stuff where you practically eat only meat, eggs, cheese, oil and oll other kind of really fat things. best diet ever 
@Adachic: Low-Carb-Diet or Atkins-Diet ( anabolic diet is just an optimized low carb diet for bodybuilders ) is very popular in the US, isn't it?!?

Hello Adachic,
I think you kind of misunderstood my post. I dont think Lene needs a diet any more than Celine Dion does. It was just my way of responding to people who apparently seemed to think she does.

right...I'm a lesbian, I don't annoy people..I'm a normal girl, I look girly I think, I'm not a "man", I don't force anybody to turn gay..Being gay aint a choice. Just wanted to let you know..Since you talked about gays and all..But It's true that on TV, they show extreme things..like.."extreme gays"..kinda provokative, I understand. But I hope you guys don't have this picture stuck in your heads. Real things aren't what you see on TV. Tv's just an illusion.

Celine Dion looks disgusting and in my opinion, she can't sing very well. She sounds nasal!!!
The Atkins diet is popular in the U.S., but I've never been on a diet in my entire life and I have no plans on starting one. I'm not fat and I do get some exercise, so there's no need for me to diet. |

I'm one of these really annoying guys who can eat and drink what he likes, and never puts on an ounce of weight. I've been roughly the same weight (about 11 stone) for about 12 years now.
Just thought I'd mention that as we were on the subject.
Oh, and although I think Lene has a perfect looking figure - it wouldn't bother me one little bit if she was twice as large, had 2 heads, green skin and no teeth as long as she sounded exactly the same when she sings.
Oh, and as for this Stian guy - she's better off without him!
