Hi, I saw Lene Marlin's 'Another Day' DVD in the shops the other day and I was wondering is it worth getting? My old 'Playing My Game' CD is broken and I want to buy a new one but when I saw that I wasn't sure, what does everyone think I should do? |

I was a little undecided about buying the dvd too. But...I got it, and its definitely worth it! The live version of My love is brilliant, and the extra tracks are well worth buying it for |

Yeah, go on - treat y'self! I think it's worth it for the live version of Sorry. I think Lene sounds a bit agressive the way she sings it.
Some nice little snippets of interviews are on it too.
My loss, here we go again...

Personally, I'd buy everything - both her albums and the DVD 'cos I am a big fan. However, if you're not a huge fan I wouldn't recommend the DVD... I'd say both of the CD's are more 'worth it' and especially PMG, but you already know that since you did own it.

It's not that I'm not a huge fan of Lene Marlin's - I am, I think she is fantastic it's the fact that I don't have enough money to buy both, so that makes me unable to decide which one to buy. |

Of course you could do as I did, buy the DVD and save the song tracks on a cd. That way you also get the bonus songs.

The one flaw with that idea is that you'll miss the album (original) version of "My Love", which isn't included on the DVD :)

But still get a nice live version of it - and a few extra songs that aren't on the album.
If I could only afford one - I'd go for the DVD.
My loss, here we go again...

Just make sure that you can play the dvd through a tv or pc with good sound. If you can't, I'd buy the album first.
Since when have the first and last days of a lifetime been the start and finish of a life? |
