Good thinkings, guys. I agree with everyone who thinks europan girls are mostly beautiful. Like :
-Lene Marlin and Marit 'M2M' Larsen (As we know they are Norwegians)

Alizée has made quite success here in Italy too, expecially with her two popular songs "Moi... lolita" and "Je n'ai marre". I think it's only commercial music, nothing else, and obviously not comparable whit Lene, as norskelgen have said.
Anyway I think it's not the case of using such words. I don't hate her as person, it's better than many other young popstars (and you know who I'm talking about).
I remember very well m2m... I wasn't crazy for them, but quite good music. And yeah, they are great... 
I agree with Marcustro, I prefer Marit than Marion... I think she's less interested in showing herself to the people than the other girl.

yes,i'm french and i don't like most of french singers ... or maybe the one known at teh international ... but take an ear on Noir Désir,Astonvilla,Matmatah then you will see what is real good french band ... or Emilie Simon is a good singer ... i've got a lot of respect for her coz she did everything by herself(she's sound ingenior,she made her cd herself ...)but still most of the music i'm listening is coming out of france (i'm big fan of placebo,silverchair,a perfect circle,muse,the used and of course lene marlin ...) the pb here is that everything is turning around commercial music,all our charts top are comoing from star academy or popstars tv shows... that's a pity...
yes,i agree that Marit is the best one.she looks very lovely,seems to be a perfect girlfriend and to be shy,that's nice.. love her!!! ( she looks like one of my ex-g ...  )
but still i prefer Lene Marlin's voice ... m2m has a strange sound,a bit dolls voices,it can disturb ... lene's voice is more pure ...but still m2m is sympatical..but what makes me see the video clip to teh end was the fact that they were cute girls ...

Lene Marlin voice is completely different from Marit Larsen.
-Lene's voice is more maturer than Marit's one. Like what norskelgen said, m2m sing with some squeaky, cute sound while Lene sing with a beautiful, clear and pure voice. They are heading towords a different path of success. That why you can't compare who is better.
Hohaha. Really, norskelgen? Marit is really cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Yeah! She look great!!!!! hahhah! And, she should be one of our girlfriend!!
When I think back. Lene can't sing with Marit. The songs would be horrible, you can imagine that..... Yek! A mature voice mix with a soft, cute voice..... Oh My God!

well,maybe someone will kill me by words after,but i don't really like lene marlin style now...in 5 yeras,she got a terribly old attent!!! and she changed to all her clothes style...so i prefer to be more concentrate on songs than on video-clip
i regret she changed from this time she was 18 and that she began ...
this time she was dressed with kind of baggy clothes,little smile,shy.the pictures of PMG were so nice ... if i'd have been 18 at this time(in fact i was 14!!!)... ans still now,i'm 19,and i'm sure that she'd be the perfect grilfriend for me,and that i could marry her directly!!!! i think she marqued me,and what my life will be is really influenced by this ... that's why i love norway,why i'm learning norwegian and why soon i'm going to go there and live there,have my wife and family there !!! ok,sorry,been a bit out of the subject !!!
so,to sum up,i prefer our lene of before than now!

First of all! WOW! There's many "Girlfriend" in your reply!
I agree with you. Have you ever watched Lene's Latest MV (Music Video)"Another Day"? It's horrible, I must say. Even I am a faithful Lene fans, it's unforgivable!!  (Yes, this word is invited by Lene and I learnt from her too! ^#^) Her makeup is very wrong. That Lene is not real Lene!!! Real Lene is cool, mature and pretty!!!!
Compares to her old MV, it's different! She looks so FINNNNNEEEE!!! Haha! Each of her music video showed her talent: "Unforgivable Sinner" - True & Cool. "Sitting Down there"- A Norwegian Girl Teens, Nice Girl. "Where I am headed"- Beautiful and Marvellous. Others are in the same case.
I don't know why the MV "Another Day" can make Lene look so terrible. But we really don't want to see this happenes in her next MV... Or I will throw up in front of my computer screen!  I hope I won't! 
How about if you can marry with Lene instantly? Ask her yourself! (Just Joking )
P.S What's the dreaming Lene's looking? Have a say!!

Well, for one i don't really agree with the horrible look Lene has got. Sure, her make up is a bit overdone, and i do admit i like her old look better when she was all innocent looking and such, but she doesn't look horrendous or anything... her face isn't a painted canvas. I've seen worse. At least she looks much happier than before. In Another Day, her smile is genuine and though her make up is a little wrong, everything else makes up for it. The video was great. I see not why her looks matter so much as long as her music is good. Females are vain, even if they don't seem so when they're younger. Sooner or later they're all going to want to put on make up and try to make themselves look better and more "mature".
Norskelgen : Sorry to bring Alizee up again, but she isn't as bitchy as Britney, just to say a fair word. I mean, you say she's failed in France. Well she has a right to try in other countries, though err... yes, her lyrics are explicit and sexual. Look at other artists; at least Alizee doesn't show her breasts while "dying" in the bathtub in her international video. 
By the way Norskelgen : Worry not, Lene's got many of us hooked too!

i don't mind her lyrics are sexual,but in french it's not the same in english...i think i explained it before,but let's do it again.
in english,you can write a song about your car or your dog,and just sing "i love my car,i love my car,...",it won't be shocking or what else,it'd sound like normal .... but in french,it's not the same ..we've got a so specific and complex language that it's a shame to write texts like alizée does...
