Non solo... ma i processi già in atto per uso di p2p (le famose denunce della RIAA in america) decadono tutti automaticamente...

I discografici vogliono i nomi degli utenti che usano programmi p2p, ma questa sentenza dice che il provider non e' in nessun modo obbligato a darglieli (e quindi non glieli da!!)
