Posted - 17 Jul 2004 : 11:14:04 Yes, I have heard that a Catonese Woman (Yes, Woman) attemped to say 1 of the Lene's song. However, I didn't expect it's broadcasted in Norway.. Oh...
Sorry about that noise.... ^_^

Strange that they broadcasted it on a Norwegian radio, anyway.

Posted - 16 Jul 2004 : 18:50:52 Haha... no, it's not her. There is a Chinese version, it's sung by Sandy Lin. It's terrible compared to Lene's... i've tried to translate the words, but the lyrics aren't available and Sandy's pronounciation is so terrible that i can barely get much, but here goes. It's only the first verse :
I'm sitting here watching time fly by...
How did i get onto this road (of life, probably) Now i'm watching to see how my days will pass The coming and going of feelings, how am i to react? Old bloke is delirious, what is he saying? Whose voice will you use, what effect does it have on me? Whose heart is so cold that it makes me shocked and depressed? The windows have eyes; perhaps they'll record that moment in time.
I'm sitting down here watching time fly by Will my heart stop here? Standing here, will i be punished? (I'm not sure about this; her pronounciation is hard to decipher) I'll just go back to my long, dream-filled nights I'm sitting here, will there be a solution?
That's up to the chorus. Let me try the next verse...
I hate the sound of the tap Drip drop, emphasising my loneliness Anyone that goes by makes the light flicker This old shack remembers that this is life's fury Listening to someone's breathing, like a damp road (I don't think this is right either, but that's what it sounds like) Using hoarse voices to create echoes (this is inaccurate too) Curtains have ears, perhaps they'll record that span of time.
Then it's the chorus. I can't do the third verse. She's talking about the toilet (I think...) I'm getting tired. It's 1 in the morning here... i guess i'll go to sleep. A very good night for you tonight. Bonne nuit, norskelgen. Hope you liked the translation. Hee.
