This topic is pretty old, anyway I haven't been here for a long time.
What Dazzy said is right but as you should know (since you have a t-shirt), they are all names of monuments in Firence (Florence). You shouldn't translate them.

I just used altavista.com to translate it - and it comes out as "old palace - bell tower of giotto - uffizi - old bridge"
