Natalie Merchant, now *that's* a voice I respect, she has an integrity and credibility few other female artists even comes close to (except for Lene Marlin, of course :) ).
And, she makes beautiful music too. I have all her albums, and "Ophelia" from 1998 is simply a masterpiece, IMO.

You'll all think this a starnge idea for a duet, but I think she'd go well with Sting, after hearing his new album I think that they could both do something together and it'd sound great

Russian? Hell no, she's as swedish as they come. She's good but not on Lenes level (if you ask me). Therefor I have my doubts about a Lene-Lisa duet.

Normally, Miskovsky is a Russian surname. I know it for sure, because I know Russian language and I have Russian friends. And does that "hell" fit here? What's wrong if she were Russian? Are you racist, maybe???? |

No, it's not strange at all. I like Sting, he's a very good singer..but I think Lene's voice and Sting's one don't fit very well... |

I'm surtinly in no way a racist!!!! I never said it would be anything wrong with her being russian! You missunderstod me for sure. I hate all thinking that's about anyone not being born equal, so now you know. In my book it's also one of the biggest insults you could give someone (to be a racist) so please don't call me that again. But no hard fellings this time...

Thanx Hayley! I just remebered that I did compare HeartaBetta to someone not so nice (but as a joke) when she said that she liked blond, blueeyed german boys. I guess we're even now, right HB?

Lene might inspire Sting to make great music again, because imho he has not made a lot of good songs the last years. His latest CD isn't worth buying.

WHAAT??? So, if you ask me, what's your ideal kind of boy, I would answer: my ideal kind of boy should have blond hair and blue eyes. I just said german boys because it has been the only one thing that came to my mind...and also because I fancied a german boy some time ago ( before the disappointment...).
I thought you were racist because you said "Russian??? HELL, no". Do you know what "hell" means? You sounded like you consider an offence being Russian.
