| I have a question prompted by an exchange on the fans forum! If you had to take the two Lene albums to date, and make one, 10 song album for the launch in America which songs would you pick? How many would be from PMG? How many from AD? What would the order be, etc.!! |

Arrghhh this is hard! I think my release would be PMG heavy. It would go like this:
1. The Way We Are
2. Playing My Game
3. Unforgivable Sinner
4. Sitting Down Here
5. Where I'm Headed
6. One Year Ago
7. You Weren't There
8. Another Day
9. Sorry
10. Maybe I'll Go
That's 7 from PMG and 3 from AD.

Only three from AD? Well I would probarbly try to take ecual amount of songs from the both albums. I tend to do that when I make "Best of" albums, wich I do sometimes. I would also throw in two of the bonus tracks and atleast one live or accostiv version. I think a collection CD should host as many as of the artists aspects as possible.
I would probarlby choose these songs:
Playing My Game
Unnforgivable Sinner
The Way We Are (the live-accoustic version)
Where I'm Headed
I know
It's All Good
Another Day
My Love
Sorry
Whatever Ever It Takes
As you might see they're not in any particular order. That would just take to much time for me to decide.

Hmm - maybe they should just release it as a double album over there.
I couldn't choose 10 anyway - I'd probably pick 16. There's 2 songs off each album that I don't really get on with - but I'm not saying which ones, I'll get slaughtered!

the mix is a mishmash thingi and it wont work.

| I agree with the Israeli guy, would be ridiculuous to mix the two albums. And anyway, I dont think Lene would really want to promote this old material anyway, she must be pretty fed up with Sitting down here by now. My favourite album is still PMG, but I accept that Lene has moved on, and there is no point in getting her to promote sings she wrote when she was 17. |

Just wanted to point out that I said this before. A agree fully with Geno and f1list. It would make no sence to do a collection of just two albums and RELEASE it. But it can still be fun to play with the idéa of songs that would be on it, right?
