E eventualmente preparati a installare anche le librerie che ti servono per le libstdc... e poi anche le librerie che ti servono per le librerie per libstdc...
***sigh***
Questa è l'unica cosa che mi da ai nervi di Linux: i combattimenti con le dipendenze...

Vedi il bello della debian? Con un semplice comando:
apt-get install PACKAGE
scarica e installa sia il package richiesto che tutte le dipendenze

Ma apt-get non c'è anche per le altre Distro?
Comunque credevo fosse la Gentoo che permettesse lo scaricamento di tutte le dipendenze...

apt-get e' un tool sviluppato dal gruppo di lavoro della debian, poi e' stato adottato anche da altre distribuzioni

Ma posso farlo funzionare sulla Mandrake in modo che scarichi anche le dipendenze?

Ho controllato, la distribuzione fedora usa rpm, quindi utilizzando opportunamente il comando rpm o qualche suo frontend grafico dovresti riuscire a installare il tutto.
Non so dirti di piu' perche' io uso debian, che distribuisce i pacchetti in deb!

Allora, girando un po' sul sito di mandrake ho visto che il package apt e' presente, dovresti provare a installarlo e giocarci un po'
