Good topic. But I hope it's only for joke. You cannot measure a fan from the time he's fan of someone, you know.
As I said in another topic, I heard first time US in 1999, I think almost immediatly as it was broadcasted first times by Italian radios at the beginning of that year. I don't remember very well, but it should be as I said since I listened to the radio frequently at that time. What I remember well is that my life changed from the first time I heard her voice. I knew in the same moment that it was a special singer for me, and she became!!
But to be honest I became a more "concrete" fan of her between January and February 2000, when I buyed all the Italian releases and began to search news in Internet (I had just buyed this Pc from which I'm still writing to you)

Hmmm... let's say, since October 1999? I only bought her CD in August 2000, though. Still, i and my sister went to all lengths to get even a glimpse of her videos... i remember i was really irritated when they cut her speech out of MTV Music Awards due to the advertistments...
So, about 5 years? Two more months to five years...
Reality is an illusion that occurs due to the lack of alcohol.

I stared to like her music in the begining of the summer of 1999. But I became a big fan in september 1999 when I 've got PMG for birthday present. It was the best birthday gift ever

for me,it was november-december 1999... i was so young!!!but i realized that what i was listening to was a great treasure only in february 2000...u have to be in a spirit to well listen an album !!!

Not really sure, I think I started as a fan when MTV-Uk played #SDH#, but not sure when that was!- I'm thinking 5-ish years, half a year on #PMG# then the 4 years ""~~GAP~~"" then half of this year of "AD" so maybe 5 in total---ISH

I have been a Lene's fan for 5 years now.
I heard "Sitting down here" in August 1999 the first time.
I bought the single in October 1999.
I got "Playing my Game" on April, 23rd, 2000, Easter Sunday.
